I doubt most of these things are connected directly to the internet or have USB ports for you to hijack them with - it's probably OK.

Walked into the new Natural Food store today. Noticed that their powered up cash registers had the XP login screen.

In business/industrial settings, I still see XP everywhere.

It's still the best Windows to throw in a virtual machine.
