Well I guess Obamacare wants to expand it's mandate to cover mind control. Seems if you are a small business and want to get under the 50 employee threshold, you will have to certify to the IRS that you didn't fire anyone because of the new health care law. I guess the added cost burden of Obamacare is not to be considered in the health of the business.:

I don’t know about the mind control crap, but there is no way that law could be enforced. I don’t even see how any such law would even be constitutional, a private firm has the right to adjust its work force to any market forces it sees fit. And I also doubt you could fit this kind of law under any worker discrimination category or such as well.
Mind control…lol…the Republicans are their own worst enemies.
And of course the Democrats are showing just how much they are addicted to controlling business, if this is true.

except that isn't in any way a loyalty oath. Merely certification, under oath(notarized, witnessed) that the employer is NOT attempting to skirt the law and is having legitimate issues around implementation. Loyalty oath? No more so than a review board is a death panel. Once again, the right apparently thinks they can make up terms and hope they stick.
