Well, on Friday I found a cheap airfare ticket to LA where my older brother and his girlfriend were hanging out for the Memorial Day weekend, so I decided to head out there.
In any case, lots of fun, I actually got away from St. Louis and got a tan, pretty much beach bummed it all weekend. I should have pics soon.
Southern Cali really is its own country...I was born in San Fran and I've been to Southern California a lot, but maaaaan I'd almost forgotten how bizarre it was. I really do think Hollywood has the most head shops and tattoo parlers per capita than anywhere else on Earth.
Lots of fun though...I could see myself living out there if it weren't so damned expensive and gas wasn't 2.89 a goddamn gallon.
