This is a good example of how government likes to issue regular reminders of how incredibly dumb it is, just in case we might forget for a moment.

Perhaps this guy should threaten to "kick them in the ass" and if they reply he is threatening violence, he should tell them to "prove it".

Sounds like your VA system is about as shitty as ours is.
