Got to admit, sad, but funny. Death by looking down one's own loaded cleavage.
This story however, is a little more relevant to our gun crazy society. Looking for revenge is not a good reason to be carrying a gun in a car, for all people involved in this incident.

Anyone notice that she was in the navy for a couple of years?

Not sure why the fixation. I could bring up the story of the cop giving school kids a lecture on using firearms when he accidentally fired his pistol. Luckily none of the kids were hurt. So if a police officer can have a accident, what the point in bringing up this case....other that your on going attempt to show people who own guns are idiots.

I think the point is that if you can't even trust a (theoretically) highly-trained officer to handle firearms properly, there's no way in hell you should trust every random Joe Schmoe out there.

Professional drivers die in automobile accidents. Pilots crash airplanes. Doctors die from drug abuse... etc. etc.
Do we need to stop partaking of their service and/or stop people from using those products too?
Or is this another one of those piss poor examples of 'selective slick logic'?

As a woman, only I can get away with this, but maybe it was that time of the month.
