Maybe it was projection

Post by Tunnelcat »

Here's an actual documented case of voter fraud. In of all places, the Republican stronghold of Wisconson. This multiple vote caster wasn't a Democrat either. He's a Republican and a supporter of voter ID cheerleader and potential Republican presidential candidate, Scott Walker. This voter also did his little extra vote casting during Walker's recall campaign too. Ouch!

Please stop, you look like an idiot.

The Washington Gazette article's only source is the Salon article you posted above. Salon is a tabloid and not where an educated person should go to learn about important things such as voter fraud. This fake story only states that Robert Monroe allegedly committed fraud. Salon even cites Judge Lynn Adelman writing "virtually no voter impersonation occurs in Wisconsin."[1], but then Salon goes on to lead the reader into doubting his authority (a fun tabloid trick for the gullible). It's been several months since this piece of crap article was written. When is the court case against Monroe? I can't seem to find one, probably because this is an isolated incident (if it can be proven at all) and not indicative of gross manipulation by either party, thus not worthy of mention except by petty people who want to start arguments.

I only posted this because the Republicans always like to claim that Democrats are the only ones that do voter ID fraud, like voter fraud is a massive one party problem, which of course, is an absolute falsehood, with either party. This story was also run in a Wisconsin paper and on a radio station, so it's not just some cheap tabloid story. Why this guy hasn't been sentenced by now, or why there's no record since 7/17/14, the original sentencing date, may be another whole story. Maybe someone from Wisconsin could enlighten us.
