Sadly, we've lost Leonard Nimoy. May he travel forever through the stars.

Incidentally, this is my favorite personage in the movies Star Trek. By the way, only after his death, I learned that he was born in Russia. Now I listen to his songs, and his voice is telling me that he would not want us to be grieved about Spock, because it will always be here with us.

Leonard Nimoy was reportedly born in Boston, but his parents were Jewish immigrants from the Soviet Union. So, yes, that is where his heritage lies
You know, I haven't watched much of the original series - mostly the first few movies. Maybe it would be a good time to go back.

Actually, his soul was better than that of most humans. We can only aspire.
Here's an old Portland KGW 8 TV station interview from 1967. The video is old tech and blurry, but it's still fun to listen to.

Such sad news indeed.
It was his Spock performance what made me got into Star Trek when I was younger.
Rest In Peace Leonard Nimoy, you will be missed a lot.
