Open IE in new window?

I just re-installed XP and now can't open multiple IE windows at the same time.

How do I "tweak" IE or XP to accomplish that?

They might be all grouped together on the taskbar. Right click the taskbar -> properties -> uncheck 'group similar taskbar buttons'

Nope, but I did find out what was wrong.

Tools/Options/Advance
uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts"
