Halleluiah. About time he started making noises. But Hillary is still the favorite and most visible candidate in the Dem stable. Even the polls have her ahead of all the current Republican candidates. Webb will have to trump Hillary's love fest noise if he wants to get media attention.

please, I'm sure you could be of use. Right now, they are but an exploratory committee,so all they need is cash. But, I hear good things about an announcement by Memorial Day.
