...really, you can't. I don't care if he is your brother, Jeb, he conducted what old guys like my dad called the most irresponsible foreign policy in his 94 years on earth, and THIS is who you get your advice from?

I find myself uncomfortably neutral on this news. As much as I don't particularly care for Jeb, I think he's the best man in the GOP and would probably be a fair president. I also think he is the most likely to actually become president in 2016, so I am trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Can we agree that maybe lessons were learned over the last decade and a half and any future president's foreign policy must necessarily be different than the Bush era? The world has changed significantly.

It's still a bit early to tell what direction the race is heading.

No, Obama has the worst foreign policy. He tried to placate and make kissey face with the arabs and failed to the point where the military has gone into high alert as they fear attacks by ISIs here in America. Where he tried to influence the election in Britain and failed big time (don't look for Cameron to be his poodle either) just like he tried to influence the Israeli election.

Jeb will not win the GOP primaries as he is too much like a Democrat. He might as well join the Dem. party as he would stand a better chance of winning against the idiots they have running and might even get elected Pres. that way.

Assuming one learns from ones mistakes, bro could make a good advisor, hard to say.

I typically use news.google.com for headlines. I usually stop by consortiumnews.com a couple times a week. They usually have some interesting reads. I get my deadspin.com on for sports, and profootballtalk.com when the season is going. For tech stuff I usually read arstechnica.com. When I need my two minutes hate, I read Charles Pierce at esquire.com. Kevin Drum at MoJo is a decent read. The Daily Howler is incomparable. I use ebaumsworld.com for viral BS.

Those are the places I start out at. Then I'll follow links around, or dig around a bit on google if something interests me.

I don't really watch cable news other than when something is happening, though I do watch some Al Jazeera America from time to time. It's actually quite informative, sort of like CNN 20 years ago before the pundit sh!t-shows started. The Daily Show is a nightly staple, of course. But my TV watching is mostly sports.

That is the color of the sky in my world. How about you?

The fact is, Bush thinks his foreign policy was A OK, despite the fact he left 2 unfinished wars for the next president to clean up, not that any of Bush's mess could be cleaned up in the first place. I'm also guessing he would confer with Darth Cheney, who doesn't think anything he did while in office was illegal or immoral.

He spoke a couple weeks ago at an Adelson gig.

So I have to assume that’s where he stated his foreign policy was awesome, and without any mistakes.
