Donald Trump has officially tossed his hat into the ring for POTUS. What is interesting is he lists his net worth at 8 billion dollars. Why is this interesting? As he puts it, he needs no donations from people who will expect favors later on. Much was made of Romneys wealth but Romney is a street side beggar in comparison. More importantly is Trump is proud of his success and I doubt the press will be able to embarrass him about it. Going to be very interesting to listen to him in the upcoming debates. His forth rightness is similar to Christie without the political pandering. Say what you want about Trump but he knows how to make a deal and he has no problem talking about bringing Americas greatness back. If you are at all curious his speech is on you tube:

I seriously think that what the Donald is doing is purposefully messing with the GOP process. He's given them money for years, and they've(somewhat rightly) treated him like a joke, and this is going to be payback. He will be essentially sucking any gravitas out of the process, and squelching any exchange of ideas between the serious candidates. He is a GOP nightmare, and there isn't much they can do about it. Oh, and if you think that serial bankruptcy filer is worth a real 8 billion, I have some land offshore to sell you.

Well I don’t have the time or interest for looking into how Trump has his business structured, but perhaps that wall will have to be a bit smaller than he wants.

Spidey, the Donald is a prototypical modern 'businessman'. In other words, he builds a personal income on the backs of other investors(henceforth referred to as the 'suckers'), and leaves the suckers holding the bag. Hell, this is a man that put together the purchase of a casino hotel for around 200 million dollars and then sold it 8 years later for about 15 million. Did he take a hit? Hell, no, most of the money involved wasn't his in the first place.

Woody, you can't be serious. Trump has the biggest ego on the planet. No one would take him for anything but the head idiot in the whole Republican clown car. The only thing that drives him is to get what he thinks is that disgraceful African American out of office, plus the chance to put his name up on the White House in huge gold letters just like he's slapped on all his other "enterprises". He's so vain, he'd put his puss on posters, hair and all, and slap them all over the country on huge billboards just to constantly remind everyone of his magnificence.

'slights'? Donald Trump is a joke candidate, even Republicans know it, and his personal economics are a matter of record which HE chose to emphasize in his presentation of why he should be the nominee. Oh, and have fun trying to pick apart Bernie Sanders.

Between Jon Stewart's show on Wednesday and Colbert on youtube, I've never laughed so hard. Trump is the gift that keeps on giving.
