Well seems Hungary understands uncontrolled migration across its borders is not god so they are building a fence. Unlike America they are not afraid to use the military and prison help to keep costs down.:

Work on the fence is being carried out at several locations at once, with around 900 soldiers taking part in the project. Some elements of the fence, including the razor wire to be placed on top of the barrier, is being prepared by inmates from Hungarian prisons, and people in a state work program may also be sent to help the soldiers.

Wow, who'd a ever thunk the Hungarians could be smarter than us.

Europe is being swamped at the moment with refugees from Afghanistan, Syria, Northern Africa ect, escaping war and radicalism. It's an immensely sad situation (which criminal elements are taking advantage of) which won't be solved by putting up fences. But we're human beings, brilliant at the quick fix!

They're 'escaping' radicalism- but they're also importing radicalism into their new prospective European homes.

Europe will cease to exist and be replaced by a muslim theocratic caliphate.

These refugees will not let themselves be assimilated religiously or culturally- and they are outstripping the reproduction rate of the 'native' Europeans. It is only a matter of time.

Isn't that what people always want? The quick fix for problems that need a more rational and complicated solutions? The way it is now in Europe, most of these refuges end up in dead end slums with no work because no one wants them around. They're foreigners that don't even speak a country's native language and their culture is radically different from the host country. Then the problems really mount.

TB, what do you suggest that Europe do with these refugees? Send them back whence they came and have them build walls around their country forts to keep them out? Shoot them on sight or sink their boats and let them drown?

The refugees will not make much of a difference, i fear. Europe was up the creek without a paddle way before they came along, which is a tad ironic because Europe had a hand in the reasons they are migrating in the first place. like i said, humans and theur quick fixes.

Europe's quick fixes, and now sufferings, to their long lived and long past invasions, oops, I mean colonizations.

why, again, are we looking to Hungary as the example for the 'exceptional' US?
