Does the AI still stalk you in co-op?

Playing Descent 1 with a friend and I don't think I've seen this happen yet. Is that behavior sucked when playing co-op, or am I just unobservant?

Could depend on the difficulty level. As far as I remember you only see this often on Ace and Insane.

The AI in coop gets confused sometimes -- different bots will be controlled by different players' systems, and sometimes a bot will be locked on to your teammate and will completely ignore you. It's something we'd like to fix, but it's not top priority right now.

Also note that each bot is assigned prerogative and behavior. some may chase. Some may remain in the same spot even when attacking or being attacked.
