FYI: I just came from that site, and the tracker page isn't working inside the box; but at least you can click the link to display it on another page.

The line of code that needs to be changed is the following:
<div id="layer1">
<iframe src="
http://d3.descent.cx/" height="388" width="957">
</iframe>
</div>
simply remove the tracker.d3 after the last /

It's awesome! One thing I might suggest though:
Have the menus on top open in a new window, otherwise, clicking on them will interrupt chat
Just change the link from this:
<a href="http://www.url.com">Description</a>
To:
<a href="
http://www.url.com" target="_blank">Description</a>

that still didn't fix the problem, I emailed esa in regards to a solution.
The nav bar at the top is fixed, thanks Arbitar
