heck, the only part worth reading on ZeroHedge IS the comments. For this article, I'm with Spidey. I was impressed by the variety of conspiracies put forth in the first couple dozen posts.

I just did not want to use the word "rat".
Spidey, could you explain why I have no problem in communicating with my friends in Chile, Peru and Brazil, but with North Americans I am constantly confronted with a wild hatred to the Russians?

I don't see any 'wild hatred of Russians' here, whatsoever, sigma. Must be elsewhere, right?

Toilet paper pretty much sucks anymore and the bread you buy in the store and fast food joints is loaded with nasty chemicals that make it foamier and last longer, so what's so good about capitalism? :P

If you don't want to consume that crap, you can still go to the supermarket and find fully stocked shelves.

thanks to prudent management of the economy by Obama et al. There was a point, roughly 7 years ago, when you came within 48 hours of not being able to buy ANYTHING, due to absolutely no liquidity. If, for no other reason than that, Obama will have solidified a place in US history as one of the better Presidents.

Doesn't matter, it's all crap nowadays. You have no choice but to buy whatever junk is available. It's already not much better than socialism.

Absolutely. I know what socialism is, because for 15 years I lived in a socialist system. Indeed, the variety of food, stores can not boast, but they are all very high quality. Because the quality of the food in the socialist system guaranteed by the state.
Another interesting detail. In the shops there is a shortage of products, but the people in the houses all have in a strange way :)
Today I live in a capitalist system, now everywhere a lot of different food in the shops, but mainly it's crap, at least in Moscow. Although if you drive off five hundred kilometers from the big cities, the food in the shops again quality. There is no comparison to the quality of food in big cities and in the provinces.

you're going to wake up next week, see the same things again, see the same blame again. Next month aswell. And in six months, again; same thing. Same people saying the same thing.

And you'll still be able to come home from work to complain about it. It'll be just like Groundhog Day.

I wouldn't call creating three failed states and nearly bringing us into nuclear world war 'pretty **** well.'

We're at more risk of all being killed by nuclear exchange now more than at any time during the cold war.

Holy crap, what planet are you living on? Wait, is DescentBB actually a portal to a Multiverse where Obama really is a Muslim socialist who is destroying the world, and the reason why we all disagree is because we each have our own Mulitverse?

Where were you when Obama encouraged the overthrow of Mubarak, Kadaffi and Assad? Where were you when Erdogan, Obama's bosom buddy, shot down a Russian fighter-bomber? In fact, where were you when Obama encouraged the Maidan uprising that brought Ukraine into civil war and AGAIN may have brought us into direct conflict with Russia?

stunning the alternate realities of guys who didn't see Obama doing his best to RESTRAIN the dogs of war("Bomb, bomb, bomb Iran, etc), and further manage to save the economy and move the ball forward on healthcare. We should fear the last 300 days? More like hope that no one comes in and screws the momentum up.

Hmmm, healthcare. Is that the same program where half the providers are bailing out and doctors are retiring early because they can't afford working anymore?

yeah, right........more overblown BS, like we've heard from you for 6 years. The same ACA that got folks like me able to purchase insurance, with pre-existing conditions, allows people to keep their kids on a family policy until age 26 and has given 17 million people access to care they didn't before. That one.

Wasn't there just widespread news that more young people than expected signed up on the marketplaces this year? Guess that doesn't fit woody's little fantasy.

he'd tell you it was due to the increase in penalties which will be declared unconstitutional......ooops, SCOTUS approved them. :)

At a mere cost of 28,322,800,000 per year.

That is from the government’s own numbers…

Average subsidy of 272 dollars a month times 8.7 million people who joined the marketplace. (Only 1.5 million people who joined the marketplace receive no subsidies…must be those young healthy ones…right)

But of course you can deduct the 7,400,000,000 saved so that leaves 20,922,800,000 paid for by the taxpayer. (the other taxpayers)

And that’s just the insured under the market place…if you add the 12.2 million people added to the Medicaid/CHIP roles…the numbers would kill the average persons brain.

Wata bargain.

we can spend that much in a week or two of endless war. Why the hell isn't it well spent on the healthcare and protection from bankruptcy of your fellow citizens?

yes, it is a bargain, and a HUGE deal.
