Wait till the inrush of new customers tapers off, and the inevitable inflation caused by the profit caps kick in.

If you need me to explain why the profit caps will cause inflation, just ask, and I will explain after work tonight.

Well I agree about competition. Too many states only allow a select few Ins. co. to operate in their state. Deducting ins. premiums from your taxes is also not bad. Actually most of what is posted in your link seems good. Perhaps you care to tell us what you think is bad?

inhibits the sale of health insurance across state lines.
any vendor ought to be able to offer insurance in any state
/falls over laughing at the irony.
