He is probably telling them that in exchange for campaign contributions, he will "renegotiate" the US trade deals with them and pay it back 100 fold (with the American working class's money).

whatever he might be doing, it pretty much beats any claim that people gave to a charitable foundation in some sort of vague violation.....

I haven't been following this story, but isn't it possible Trump gave his contacts list to the fund raising operation? I'm sure an organized operation would at least vet contacts for likelihood of donation or other metric, but couldn't this be a case of incompetence being more likely than impropriety? (not that either is positive)

it would appear to be complete incompetence in the case of the emails. Possible fraud in the case of the loan disclosures, but more likely just bald faced lying as Trump has been doing all through the campaign.

Please slick, Hillary is worse. A federal judge just gave Citizens United the right to get Hillaries email lists of schedules:
Citizens United is slated to receive all e-mails sent to and from Lona Valmoro, Clinton’s State Department scheduler, in the two-week periods before each of 14 international trips Clinton took during her four years in office. David Bossie, president of Citizens United, hopes to confirm suspicions that Clinton maintained an off-the-books schedule, meeting with Clinton Foundation donors on the taxpayer’s dime. “Citizens United wants to know how many overseas dinners Secretary Clinton attended with Clinton Foundation donors that didn’t make it on her schedule,” he says.

The judge doesn't think it is a conspiracy so why do you? If you read the link you would of read where CU was required to show some proof as to their allegations...which they did. And is why the judge granted them approval.

so we're now on the side of Citizens United, who brought you government for sale, writ large, to bolster some oblique charge against a Presidential foundation, with an even more obscure bit of guesswork about the relationship to Clinton herself, or her campaign?
