Well, a sizable number of delegates at the convention today were yelling their displeasure with the role call arm-twisting by Paul Manafort and his minions. Colorado's delegates actually walked out for a bit. Senator Mike Lee of Utah came right out and called them all a bunch of "brownshirts". I guess a lot of Republicans do NOT like Trump.

oh, hell no. Some of them, like the former AG of Virginia, despise him. Odd bit of parlimentary procedure there to avoid the roll call vote, and then the chair just disappears. For hours, the person they were supposed to present a petition to was actually HIDING someplace. Amazing performance, and that washed up former kid actor Baio to boot! Can't wait for Melanoma or whateverhernameis' speech tonight. Are they running it with subtitles? Will Trump be drunk again, like he seemingly was at two rallies in the past month? Great TV. I'm making popcorn and a batch of steamed shrimp.

Melania DID NOT WRITE HER OWN SPEECH. A Trump staffer did. If I were her and stood up there and made an eloquent speech like that and then found out it was full of someone else's words, especially words from a speech that came from the other party, I'd be pissed off...and embarrassed.
