Turkey has been a pivotal and strategic "ally" of NATO in the past simply because of its geographical location...

...but unfortunately it has become a dangerous loose cannon that has been acting in total opposition to peace and stability within the middle east and on the world stage. Its' criminal leader and defacto dictator, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has flouted international law...shot down a Russian jet without cause and nearly causing world war.

Turkey has also involved itself in clandestine support of ISIS, terrorists in Israel and genocidal purges of the Kurds- and 1.5 million Armenians during the days of the Ottoman Empire which they still do not even acknowledge.

No...but it's a beginning. Perhaps you can start a petition with https://petitions.whitehouse.gov

I think it is a little early for calls to evict Turkey. Let's see how things play out over the next year or two.

downside of kicking them out of NATO is an immediate halt to the flow of info on both the ISIL, Syrians, Iranians and Russians. Further, you lose any economic incentive to moderate the Turks behavior, and any incentive for them to assist with the Syrian diaspora aiming towards Europe.
