I just thought of something. This is all part of the Fascist's favorite tool, the BIG LIE. Trump's been saying at his rallies that Obama and Hillary created ISIS. Now we've got Giuliani spouting something similar, while forgetting that the nation's worst terrorist attack happened under his and Bush's reign. I guess if you say something long enough, even if it's provably false, it becomes the truth to the very people being feed the lie.
