Seems Hillary Clinton likes to speak out of both sides of her crooked mouth. Maybe her head knock did more damage than her confidants are letting on. At any rate she now faces perjury charges for comments made under oath:
House Republicans have detailed perjury allegations against Hillary Clinton, citing the apparent conflict between her 2015 congressional testimony about her email practices and the FBI's conclusions announced in July, according to a letter to the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia.
Hillary's only hope now is that Trump doesn't win as, like Scooter Libby and Martha Stewart, she can very easily get jail time over this.

and the witchhunt continues. Backfired every other time, why not try a 15th time?

no doubt this tempest over NOTHING AT ALL, at this point will be successful in getting the voters to overlook this:
couple that to an aide or two on the pro-Russian Ukranian black books for 12 million bucks, Ivanka(only woman Trump has IDd as cabinet
ready) on vacation with Putin's girlfriend last week, and you have something just a WEE bit more than sloppiness with emails and the nation clearly has figured that out.

or, maybe the reek of partisan witchhunting will cover up today's stinker:

and no one can figure why Trump's losing suburban, educated voters in PA, VA and NC by 40 percent or more?

Can I start a class-action lawsuit against House Republicans for repeatedly and egregiously squandering my tax money while tilting at windmills?

This whole email issue is about 113 emails out of 30,000+. (~2000 had portions redacted during the FOIA process)
110 had no classification markings. It should've been known by the sender/recipient that the subject matter was classified. Apparently the emails, if revealed, would provide tacit confirmation (after the fact) of what everyone already knows: we're doing drone strikes in Pakistan and Yemen, countries we aren't "at war" with. Why that isn't seen as the greater crime more worthy of hearings than this, well, we all know why.
3 were marked classified. 2 of these were incorrectly classified. 1 was classified, but incorrectly marked.
Now, I'd say using a private server was a stupid mistake. A Clinton should know better. State Dept. IT should've denied it. There's no evidence the server was compromised, unlike the actual State Dept mail server. But lets be real, from what the FBI found, she wasn't emailing the crown jewels around willy nilly. It was about the bad sh!t we do, everyone knows we do, but we can't come right out and say we do. Nobody was put in danger. You know, the sh!t we all wish wasn't so overly classified.

Vander, what we might never know is if the info on Hillary's server about a Iranian nuclear scientist led to his execution. Anyone here can guarantee her server was never hacked?

Slick, I like how you try to deflect by bringing up Trump here. As you asked me in another thread...whats the point?

because Trump seems to thrive upon utter lies, while you focus on NOTHING of substance. NOTHING. I note that the Breitbart CEO is now running the Trump circus. The Lie Machine incarnate.

And the Serbs?:
Serbian protesters greeted Vice President Joseph R. Biden Tuesday with derisive chants of “Vote for Trump!”

From your own article:
Serbian ultra-nationalist Radical Party
So basically the same sort of raving lunatics who support Trump over here.

Is there any sourcing that this might be accurate speculation? Or are we going off the "The Clinton's must always prove their innocence, otherwise
we just don't know" rules of engagement people always seem to apply to them? I mean, we can't prove they aren't lizard people, so we'll just all have to consider it a possibility.
Anyone here can guarantee her server was never hacked?
The FBI didn't find evidence it was hacked. (my understanding is they acquired a backup image of the server) That doesn't mean it wasn't hacked, of course. One thing we know for sure is that the State Department email system WAS compromised.
Wouldn't it be funny if using her own server actually prevented her email from being exposed? That's actually the conclusion supported by the most facts.

Actually, Hillary Clinton should be publicly burned at the stake in the style of the European Inquisition. But she is only waiting to look like a helpless woman who in no way guilty.
In Russia for a long time already go jokes about it in the style earlier Americans chose between Republicans and Democrats, then between black and white, now between women and men.

Sigma, you do realize that no one really gives a damn about Russia at this point, so why do you persist in interjecting them into every single thread you post in?

Well, we may have limited and obvious choices, but at least we have choices.

If you will be easier for the same opinion in relation to Russian candidates, in the best case, I would be sent to the uranium mines or shot without trial. At worst... I think you already know how this is happening in Russia.
