RCP now has Hillary Clintons lead down to 2.1 in a four way runoff. This would probably be the better average as other polls only compare Trump to Hillary. Can't wait for the November popcorn.

Typical thinking from someone who denies AGW. Just look at the data points you want and make a judgement!

Texas is in play. This paper hasn't endorsed a Dem since FDR. FDR!!! That means they didn't even endorse LBJ, even though he was a native and powerful to boot.

in terms of the electoral college, this could be a massacre, as Wall Street investors have predicted.

Couple that with the Harvard Republican Club not endorsing the nominated Republican candidate for the first time since goddamn Grover Cleveland. Trump's incompetence is nothing if not historic.

RCP now has Hillary at 2.7 in a two way. Still dropping to the point the Dems are telling her to be herself and stop running scared. Even the swing states are tightening. Maybe she needs to wear more ear devices so she can be coached while debating.

watch and wait. The Orange one just made an ass of himself in that Commander in Chief thing. As experts would tell you, should you read, what is happening is that indecideds and disgruntled Repubs keep jumping on and off the Hillary ship. Trump is fixed around 40 percent, but she drops to 43 and bounces up to 48 or so. As long as he isn't moving up, he's toast, and doing stuff like praising Putin again, selling his brand on Russian TV shows, calling our General Staff a disgrace, and making stuff up(obviously) about what was supposed to be a non-partisan briefing is not moving him anywhere near 'up'.

If there was any jumping around you would see it in the polls. As it is, there is a straight linear drop on Hillarys part...so a lot more are jumping off than on.

Woody, she's spending ad money in TEXAS. Her campaign is not run by idiots. Believe only half of what you see in polls, and watch where the money is flowing(donations at the end are bets on victory), where the ad money is going(perhaps not a great indicator for Trump's unconventional approach, far more for her), where the appearances and town halls are held. The polling that both parties have access to is vastly more precise and scientifically pegged to accurate turnout models.

At least slick tries to come up with something meaningful to counter my post.

and I just read a report that had Trumps latino support slipping BADLY in the past two weeks. Wouldn't have even thought that possible.

I think you are reading the wrong polls:

If I replied analytically, you wouldn't understand it. RCP's data shows that Mrs Clinton's spread is on average greater in the last six months than the previous six months. That's the meaningful data, not the weekly peaks and valleys. It's basic statistics, ya'll.
