The recount was ordered by the state, the process for that recount was challenged at one point, but the only time when Gore could have made a court challenge of certified results was to go to the SCOTUS, which be refused to do, citing the BEST INTERESTS OF THE NATION. exactly. He requested manual recounts. State law demanded recounts be done. Please stop attempting the already discredited smokescreen that blew up in Jeff Lord's face. At no time did Gore EVER suggest the vote was fraudulent, nor rigged. Moreover, he demanded that no one on his team do anything of the sort.

Yes, he does have that consideration and it will be given to him if the results are close, just like in Gore's case. No one is going to deny him that. But he needs to concede like a gentleman if he loses by a wide margin, which is possible. If things do end up close and all the vote re-counts say that he still lost the election, he shouldn't go out whining like a baby or starting some inane revolution. Democracy is democracy. We all have to live with the outcome.

No, he's acting just like a crappy entertainer who wouldn't know how to act civil to other people if his life depended on it. He couldn't even make decent roast jokes about Clinton last night at the Al Smith Dinner. He started out OK, got in a couple of really good zingers, but then devolved into trash talk and just attacked Clinton with a vengeance. It wasn't funny anymore.
