Issues with DDB

So when I come here I come to the main forum page where it shows me all the sub-groups.

Just now, it showed new posts in PTMC, Tech and E&C. But when I click "new posts" it only comes up with 1 post. it's the "backlash" post from the E&C.

This isn't the first time this has happened.
