Last anyone heard, Obama wants to stay in Washington, at least until his youngest daughter graduates high school. Then, who knows. I'm guessing Hawaii. Far better climate than Chicago or Washington.

A couple years ago I read he was considering a residence in Rancho Mirage, down the road from my parents. (near Palm Springs)

Maybe so. Perhaps Obama is sick of all the humidity in those places he's played or worked in.

*country in far far better shape than 8 years ago*

*incoming administration sure to reverse that*

*somehow still Obama's fault*

The country is indeed in better shape than 8 years ago, but is it in better shape than say…10 years ago?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m neither a Trump supporter nor an Obama basher, but after a recession there is mostly one result…things get better.

Yeah, it was totally better when we brushed all this ★■◆● under the rug and totally ignored that it was happening, right?

And the deliberate shooting of cops was swept under what rug. Obama was to fix the problem (or at least improve it), but in the end he only made it worse by siding with black deaths or cop interactions such as in the beer summit.

cop shootings are down during Obama's tenure, continuing a trend that started in Mid-Bush. Of course, white hysteria and bogus claims about them are way up, probably near historic levels of panic. Blame that on Obama if you wish, I won't..........Carry on.

Show me where the deliberate shooting of cops is down.

Actually, in 2016, there were 140 police deaths. In 2015, there were 130. But the record year was in 2010, at 186. So slick is right. Police deaths are down, a little. But those are TOTAL deaths in the link below and they don't make a distinction between those who were deliberately targeted and those who weren't. You can search the past years' numbers if you're interested.

https://www.odmp.org/search/year?year=2016

But then, you've got the thousands of people who have been killed by the police, and only 54 have been convicted of murder since 2005. I'd say the ratio pretty much sucks for the general public.

look up SHOOTINGS of cops, which is specifically Woody's goofy assertion. That has been down, every year, since around 2004. Woody will give the caveat about 'deliberate' but frankly they don't keep stats on that.

No my original assertion was how cops viewed race relations.

He IS an opinionated right wing shill, but he does have a couple of valid points about the state of the Middle East, which has gotten far worse since Bushie's little foray. I don't know if I can place full blame on Obama since the whole area has been disintegrating into chaos ever since WWII. But he also blames Obama for the increased influence of Russia and I seriously doubt that Trump will do any push back on that front AT ALL.

enormously so, in reality and not the lie machines you read. Already, several have expressed the opinion that his replacement makes it clear what a great leader Obama was for the US, and great INTELLIGENT partner in the world he was.

You'll notice that it's just the despotic arrogant leaders (the dead ones don't count) who are the ones thumbing their noses at Obama in your cartoon NS. I think when they start dealing with Trump, they'll be flipping the bird at him and you know how well Trump handles people who throw him personal insults. Think Charlie Sheen holding the nuclear button while loaded up on cocaine and testosterone and you know Trump is probably abusing both drugs because he acts like a wired up he-man and sniffles or tweets at all hours of the night like a coke-head. So how long will it be before the missiles start flying? Because quite a few European leaders believe Trump won't be able to handle the foreign policy aspect of his new job very well.

As for the world's opinion of Obama. Here are the closest opinions on the matter.

If you are paying the carnival crystal ball reader for opinions, I suggest you stop throwing your money away.
