....no wonder the Great Pumpkin was in Dover yesterday. This was a mission rejected by Obama due to lack of hard intel, and risk. This was the first military victim of the Trump presidency. There will be plenty more, no doubt.

and took a bunch of women and kids along for the ride. Note not one claim of significant effectiveness of the action. And, that's saying something given the Lie Machine on Pennsylvania Avenue.

to be fair, not sure he was even confirmed or on board. Now being reported that Cheetolini didn't bother to come to the Situation Room during the raid. Resting his sore tootsies, no doubt, or watching Celebrity Apprentice.

The real propaganda is here on this board. Civilians were killed because they were in building where terrorists were firing from...Just like all those civilians were killed from Obama ordered drone strikes. Really sad slick when you never criticized Obama, yet you see a need to do so with Trump. You wonder why some of us no longer care to have discussions with a party hack like you and your lap dogs?

Slick criticized the Obama administration plenty of times, including about drone strikes.

Especially about drone strikes. In direct correspondance to the POTUS, and VP Biden. The more impersonal war becomes, the more insulated the general public gets until the ★■◆● lands on them.

Oh, and what propaganda, or just more fascist gaslighting from you, Woody? Why the hell did they go there, as there wasn't any target of high significance or you can bet the Orange Death would have bragged about that rather than his Apprentice ratings. Probably would have shown the victims body at the Prayer breakfast. There may just have been an intelligent reason Obama didn't choose to go in. Maybe the Great Dumpling would have reconsidered had he been aware of live time information in the Situation room?? I get a sick feeling we're going to have a lot of what ifs before this deranged man is removed from office.

I love how the reckless buffoon is blustering about 'going into Mexico'. I presume he's implying with troops of some sort, uninvited. But no matter what, isn't that the exact sort of situation our military is NOT trained for? I mean, think about it, drug gangs, with literally hundreds of millions to spend on weaponry, advanced tunnel networks on their own turf. That will make for some jolly headlines, there.

According to the NewsHour president Obama was on board with the mission, but some top generals didn’t want to go until there was a moonless night, and there were none until after his term, so he never approved the mission.

According to reporters, the Mission planning started back in Nov. So where was this rush to plan on Trumps part?

Appears to be some differing of opinion but while Trump gave the green light:
There was no indication that Mr. Trump directed the military to conduct the mission on that particular evening, leaving it to them to determine the timing, U.S. officials familiar with the operation said.
At this stage of the game I don't expect the the prior admin to admit to anything:
White House spokesman Sean Spicer said Thursday that the Obama administration had been asked to approve the raid weeks ago, but the plan needed to wait for the next moonless night to be carried out, which didn’t arrive until after President Donald Trump was inaugurated. But former Obama Administration officials publicly disputed that account.

why were Jared K, and Bannon in the room and not Cheetolini?

Because the Cheetolini was delegating. That's what lazy, big picture managers always do because they've got more important things to worry about, like ripping Da Governator a new a$$hole for the lousy Apprentice ratings.

If Trump's travel ban is reinstated, Iraq will probably join the group. That's not a good proposition for our troops over there helping them fight ISIS in Iraq.
