You cherry-picked NS. Mathews did bring up the most salient point at the very end of his message. WHY is Trump trying so hard to block or stop the investigation of his campaign's (you'll notice that I didn't say Trump himself) involvement with Russia? Why did Trump tell everyone to leave the room when he wanted to talk to Comey, including Comey's boss, Jeff Sessions? Why are at least 3 of Trump's people being investigated for their contacts with Russian operatives, Manafort, Page and Flynn. Now it also seems that Jeff Sessions himself is on the FBI's radar. There are too many "whys" in this whole affair to dismiss everything as a lark with a single open hearing. I'd love to be the fly on the wall during that second closed session that took place later that day.
