Wonderfully laid out before congress by Ben Shapiro (and what is happening on college campuses.)

Ok, so the guy can make his point…but what does he expect congress to do about it? Government does not have the authority to enforce free speech on private property, and arresting those who break the law is the job of the local police.

As Shapiro said- private colleges can do whatever they want, but public institutions must abide by the 1st Amendment.
