...does Free Speech cross the line into public danger via urging violence(the old 'yelling Fire in a Crowded Theater' definition)?

yeah, most of us accept that this guy is nuts, but to my mind this is essentially calling for civil war, and not the first time. He should be jailed.

Maybe it's their twisted conservative views of why they think liberals hate them more. They believe that liberals always want to infringe upon their "rights". Take a look at what they consider to be those "rights" that liberals are infringing upon, especially when they staunchly stand up for the ideal that they're the "normal ones" in our society. That's not going to go over well with a few of us who definitely think otherwise.

Then, there's those liberals that hate conservatives. Are their reasons just as valid, or incorrect?

Inciting violence (call to action) kind of speech isn't protected. I'm not sure about 'they gonna get us, so get ready!' kind of speech.

that is sort of my question, NS. This sort of thing, cloaked as 'entertainment' whenever the lawsuits fly, is dangerous, but does it cross that line?
