Casper resident charged with sexually assaulting 10-year-old girl
A transgender Wyoming woman was convicted Thursday of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl inside a bathroom.
Michelle Martinez, who was known as Miguel Martinez before identifying as female, was found guilty of first-degree and second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and could face up to 70 years in prison.
The Billings Gazette reports Martinez, who is a family friend, invited the girl into the bathroom on March 23, and touched her breasts and genitalia before penetrating her. The girl told her mother immediately after the assault who then reported it to Casper Police.
It is unknown whether the attack happened in a private or public bathroom.
After the attack, the girl told police “it hurt inside,” according to the Casper Star Tribune.
Nurses at the Wyoming Medical Center performed a sexual assault exam on the minor and found redness and abrasions around the girl’s genitalia.
When police initially questioned Martinez about the assault Martinez became “noticeably hostile and defensive” and said the girl was “talking crap” before denying being a child molester. Martinez also called the accusations a “publicity stunt,” the Tribune reported.
Martinez pleaded not guilty on both counts.

Funny I don't read him saying that at all. Another attempt at messenger assassination or do you need to take a remedial refresher reading course?

Woody, NS was definitely implying it by totally ignoring the fact that all some hetero pervert has to do is dress up like a woman and slink into any bathroom labeled as "Women Only".

i was implying that letting men into womens' bathrooms where they can encounter female children in a small closed in environment when most vulnerable is a BAD idea.
It doesn't matter if these 'trans women' are 'legitimate' or if it's just some sexual predator gaming the new 'rules' to attack women and little girls.
MEN are now allowed into spaces where women can be especially vulnerable to assault.

How would you react to a FTM, (female to male trans) going into the man's bathroom? Technically, most FTM's don't have the bottom surgery done because the state of the art is seriously lacking in the genital surgery area, so they still have a vagina and yet now appear as a man, as long as they're on testosterone therapy. Would that bother you to have a intact woman who's now trans dressing as a man present in the bathroom while you're doing your duty, even if (he) no longer had interest in men sexually and is probably in the stall just taking a leak? And, would it bother you if you suspected the man standing next to you at the urinal was gay, even if he kept his eyes front? Besides, what's to stop a
man from abusing little boys in the men's bathroom? Most people can't tell if someone is a pedophile just by looking.
Maybe in order to alleviate everyone's fears we should just have private lockable bathrooms in the first place, or have bathrooms
marked for all sexes alongside the regular gender specific bathrooms and let people decide on their own where they want to go.
