Sad to see such a brilliant personality pass away. The world will be a lesser place without his presence, whit and intellect. Hopefully, he's now free to roam the cosmos and discover it's mysteries finally unencumbered by his failing prison of a body.

And you'll notice that he passed on PI Day too. What an epitaph.

Re: RIP Stephen Hawking
I loved his taking the time to explain the universe to the common man. He also proved that one can overcome great hardship and pain to achieve immortal feats that will exist in human memory centuries beyond his lifetime.Tunnelcat wrote: ↑Wed Mar 14, 2018 3:54 pm Sad to see such a brilliant personality pass away. Re: RIP Stephen Hawking
Have you ever seen the show on National Geographic called "Star Talk"? Just a couple of episodes ago they reran Neil deGrasse Tyson's interview with Hawking. The man was brilliant and had a wonderful sense of humor to go along with that brilliance. If you have the time, you can watch it on youtube. It's well worth it.

Huge loss
Still, it's amazing how long he lasted given his disease.
