And the lesson is, no matter how badly the Republicans ★■◆● up, somehow they will still find a way to claim it is the Democrat's fault.

No NS, The Trump disaster is a 100% Republican-made clusterfuck. Republicans whole hardheartedly nominated him, Republicans barely got him elected via the electoral college and now Republicans can't find the backbone to either impeach Trump or use the 25th Amendment to oust the amoral idiot, and you know there's enough evidence there by now to solidly justify using the 25th Amendment.

Democrats maliciously crossed party lines to make sure Trump won the primaries. Why? Because they thought he was the weakest candidate that could be beaten easily by Hillary.

All primaries from now on should be CLOSED primaries available only to the party that people are registered to the respective party.

lol. Trump won the Republican Primary by a combined 6 million votes. Trump continues to retain very high approval among Republicans. Why are you completely disregarding Republicans that voted for and support Trump?

Own it.

How about those Republicans who were turned off by Trump winning the party nomination? A lot of them switched their party affiliation and actually voted for Bernie Sanders in their state primaries as Democrats. In fact, that's what I did. I WAS registered as an Independent before the Oregon primary. However, I hated Hillary to no end and didn't want to vote for her, so I re-registered as a Democrat right before the primary just so I could vote for Bernie Sanders. That's a perfectly legal way around closed primaries and people do it all the time. Forcing closed primaries will still not stop voters from switching sides when they don't like their party's candidate because it's perfectly legal to re-register your party affiliation before any primary.

Same thing happened with Democrats.
