Neocon's Bad Day

Oh, I'll bet you my bottom dollar that quite a few Neocons are having kittens today. Trump, in the heat of the moment and probably at the urging of his new Neocon-stacked cabinet, orders a retaliatory strike on Iran for their shooting down of one of our drones, then at the very last minute just as things were going to go boom, he calls it off because he says it will kill too many people. Well geez, this is the first time I've seen that idiot use whatever tiny remaining part of his minuscule brain that still functions within reality for making an actual intelligent decision. I'm gobsmacked.

You just know that with Bolton and Pompeo in Trump's cabinet, running all things war and having Trump's ear, that our little very expensive drone was just a little closer to Iran than we claim. A little provocation goes a long way for someone who's pining for their wet dream of yet another war in the Middle East, all on our own this time mind you, especially with these old 2 warhawks. And for those who agree with Bolton, Pompeo and that piss-ant butt kisser Lindsey Graham, don't forget that we still haven't gotten out of the mess these morons championed nearly 18 years ago in Afghanistan, nor the clusterf**k we made out of Iraq either. Which, by the way, is the reason Iraq has gotten so much more influential and powerful in the region today. Isn't that just lovely.

This is reality show theater. It's completely orchestrated to do the maximum psychological damage to US citizens, aka. Gaslighting.

No, I think the man's an idiot who couldn't make up his mind to do the right thing even if his life and our country's existence depended on it.

https://www.rawstory.com/2019/06/chris- ... st-minute/

In fact, he's already been out there blathering to his hated press in damage control mode by rearranging the sequence of events just to cover up the fact that he bailed AFTER the military operation was already in the air and AFTER he had been briefed on EVERYTHING, including CASUALTIES, that very morning. The military always plans ahead because it's in their DNA. He had HOURS to make a final decision when in reality he bailed 10 MINUTES before the bombs would've been dropped on their targets. The story he's now weaving as he talked to Chuck Todd on NBC for a Sunday special is quite different from all White House accounts we've gotten so far. What's sick is that he's doing it to make himself look like some kind of magnanimous smart hero who knows the hell what he's doing when he's really just winging it. We're still going to end up victims of his bumbling dementia TG.

Fox News is essentially running our country now all because our exalted leader can't make the tough decisions on his own. He boasted to Chuck Todd this morning that HE ALONE made that great and intelligent decision to not drop bombs because he's "smart" and wouldn't want bomb Iran and kill people.

Even Trump knows his base can't save him at the polls if he starts another unwinnable conflict in the Middle East.
