Your military tax dollars essentially going to prop up a Trump property and the failing airport that serves it. If this isn't a violation of the Constitution, I don't know what is at this point. What's worse is that our military is complicent in the whole scheme too.

Re: Presidential grift
To me, this is interesting corruption. It's not as rote as the typical "Trump wants to play golf at a course he just happens to own and will profit from the necessary services required to support his visit" style corruption we regularly see. I'd actually like to see described, the pipeline of decision making that ends with military logistics planning choosing an obscure and less efficient airport that would benefit Trump's properties. What did those planners gain? Who are these new characters? What's their backstory?
This seasons script writers have definitely added the complexity the show needed to remain compelling.

Re: Presidential grift
That and Trump getting the Pentagon to divert billions of dollars from other military uses to build his stupid border wall, which is going to hurt. I'd like to know what woodchip thinks about all this? He's a military man and I'd think that this kind of abuse of power and abuse of our military would concern him. I know it would if Trump were a Democrat. We'd be getting spammed here from every conservative out there, at least the ones that still have a modicum of morals. The Trumpers have no morals and will thus remain silent while democracy and the rule of law dies.

I've got a cheaper way to stop illegal immigration than building a damn boondoggle of a border wall that won't stop anyone anyway, especially drugs, since most of that stuff comes in through our ports. STOP GIVING THESE PEOPLE JOBS and fine the businesses that hire them. Stop winking and looking the other way in the pursuit of the almighty dollar and a great economy built on the slave wages of immigrants. If Americans won't do the jobs, the jobs just won't get done, simple. We all go without cheap produce, slaughtered chickens and beef, clean hotel rooms, landscapers and cooks. No jobs and there's no reason for cheap labor to come into our country. Otherwise, stop being hypocrites, both political parties too. I'll bet you my bottom dollar that our current economic system would crack if illegal immigration were stopped tomorrow.

Yeah, Trump's reactionary immigration policies will only perpetuate the issue. These jerk offs that are so worried about immigration to the point where they're supporting literal ★■◆●ing kidnapping are just having their grievances played by people who have no intention of addressing their worries. When enforcement policies are entirely directed at labor, it only helps the Capital that exploits that labor. They have no intention of letting their owned politicians go after themselves. On the contrary, they'd love if they could have a paramilitary force they could use to terrorize and demoralize citizen labor, too.

Hell, available nearly slave labor. The perpetual American business dream and reality ever since actual slavery was abolished after the Civil War. Free market business just can't seem to go without that dirt cheap labor, or free labor if they can get away with it. Illegal immigration and China are just the symptoms of that disease. This end run around effort at immigration reform is not reform and is nothing but blatant inhumanity for inhumanity's sake. Same with his Chinese tariffs. Not a fix, but a new tax on Americans because you can bet business ain't going to soak it up and China ain't going to blink. Eventually some other third world country will become the source for our manufacturing slaves anyway, it's inevitable. Their real wet dream is to stabilize Africa and enslave those people for the good of Capitalism. All this is just an evil compilation of everything Trump is trying to do to appease his stupid base and which will never solve our original problems either.
Meanwhile, the government rule of law and separation of powers is being trashed, probably forever. The whining from the right will only commence when the left eventually comes to power doing whatever machinations they can think of up to and including gun control and cutting the military, because now they can thanks to those new powers given to the presidency courtesy of Trump's Republican base and the Republican Senate. Tough tooties conservatives. You allowed it to happen, so no whining and crying. Once our government is changed to cater to the authoritarian, mighty and powerful, and Trump has certainly cemented that in stone, even the liberals won't be able to resist the temptation and there's no going back. Don't forget, the Dems certainly don't wear halos either. Going back to any semblance of a government for the people and by the people will be forever gone.
