Cheney Tells Sen. Leahy to "F#@k Off"

Vice President Cheney cursed at Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy during a confrontation on the Senate floor while members were having their annual group picture taken earlier this week, Leahy and Senate sources said Thursday.

And in a related story, Sen. John Kerry recommended Sen.Leahy for two Purple Hearts and an extra month vacation time for his pain and suffering.

Sad that the Dems make an issue out of this. What's more is none of Leahy's aides can seem to nail down what was actually said. I've read *F--- You*, *F--- Off* and *Go F--- Yourself*. Yea, they all sound exactly alike. What's next, a Dem demand for an apology and Senate resolution to wash Cheney's mouth out with soap? ;)

actually Leahy didnt complain, all he said was "I guess he was having a bad day or something", seems that Repubs are making a bigger deal than the Dems. I could care less, Leahy was right about Halliburton clout so....

What I find interesting is the animated Kerry donation add next to the F.U. story in the Washington Post:

That's the original story from your guys' new sources. Tell me where Leahy complained, he said Cheney was having a bad day and was shocked to hear him say that. I don't see him really complaning or making a big deal about it. Why are we even talking about something this stupid? Has it come to this? Grown men fighting about politicans using swear words?

No, it was just a silly joke. I thought it was funny that it happened.
So I added my thoughts to it and posted it for someone to laugh at...

Leahy was my senator for years. He really should go F himself. But he'd probably think he just has an enlarged prostate as opposed to his head stuck up there.

What irritates me is that if a talk show host said the same thing that was said on the senate floor by the vice president he can be fined heavily.

You see the difference between Canada and the US? When then Prime Minister Trudeau was caught mouthing what appeard to be the same words in parliment he quickly cleared the whole matter up by explaining that all he had said was "fuddle duddle".
See Canadians would never be caught resorting to such childish language between respected politicians.
