I'll have to think hard. I know it's cliche to say, but in my case it's very true that I don't tend to listen to much music that's "known".
This internet thing makes it so easy to find incredibly talented people nobody knows about, and the hunt for them is just so fun that I don't tend to bother finding music in other ways anymore.

A duo from Florida I've been following for the past few years --

Occasionally get the chance to talk to Josh since we use a lot of the same music software.
Both Josh and Stephanie are very talented singers who have great chemistry, they know that and they take full advantage of it instead of having a single "lead".

And for a different band in at least a slightly different vein

Their new album is definitely one of their best, and this opening song is especially good. Can't get enough of a good distorted vocal, me. I'd say this song in particular informed a lot of the music I've been writing in the second half of this year, especially the stuff on the album I've been working on.

There is this one guy who goes by Overwerk for his music, and I especially like the tune "Need" and I get that tune going while playing games.
