or does it seem like when life takes you away from reading the DBB as often as you'd like, when you do find time to read the posts are just......lacking? *shrug*

Just thought I'd share that. Not saying ALL the topics are bad but..for some reason when getting home after work I click the Cafe...bleh....E&C...meh....tech forum...feh...

Perhaps like with my E&C post about that part of the DBB falling short in some areas, which ended up sparking a pretty decent resurgence of good threads, the board overall has just hit a patch of un-unique topics. Everything seems pretty much the same. Sure, discussing different facets of the same thing can be interesting but lets face it, the DBB is infamous for beating that proverbial dead horse.

Maybe I'm just too lazy to catch up on all the things I've missed over the last month and a week. Working that span with no days off might be part of it too. oh well.

Thats what porn, books, and downloaded episodes of your favorite TV show are for.

Yah, I agree with you T. But when you think about it, dont you have friends in your life that do the same thing?

All my friends in real life have moved on to other things in their lives. It's hard to keep in touch when everybody is off doing their own thing going seperate directions.

I haven't talked to my best friend since Jan/Feb of last year. Our hours conflict and in most cases so do our other schedules.
