I think a lot of hosts are now requiring an annual SSL renewal. Such a pain in the ass. I'm assuming that's why our cert is expired.

The SSL certificate is handled by the web host, it is only valid for 3 months at a time (Let's Encrypt), but it automatically renews. If you are seeing an expired certificate your browser may not be configured correctly. The current certificate is valid from Wed, 12 Apr 2023 09:04:58 GMT until Tue, 11 Jul 2023 09:04:57 GMT.

It did at one time, probably gone from the htaccess now in a phpbb update at some point. Consider updating your bookmarks.

Well it's redirecting now. Also I don't use bookmarks (terrible interfaces for bookmarks). I just type in descentbb.net. I guess either you fixed something or it's just working now.
