Only the obstruction charges for a few rioters were affected by the SCOTUS decision. All other charges still apply to the vast majority of other RIOTERS, including assault on police officers and destruction of personal and private government property. Your so-called peaceful protestors cost the U.S. taxpayers $30 million bucks just to fix the Capitol and beef up security. And I'm not downloading an app to read the entire story in your link. Judging from the snippit I could read, it's false.

This video is when Babbit got shot trying to force her way through the window into the House Chambers after other protesters smashed through the windows, even as police stood in front of them. She tried to go through despite the police and their pistols being pointed right at her face. Maybe she thought they wouldn't fire at her? Most right wingers won't say she was in the act if crawling through, but in reality, she was. You'll have to sign in to watch this video on YouTube because of it's violent content. $30 million in damage and one dead protester. For what? Trump to stay as president WHEN HE LOST THE ELECTION!
