Quicken restore

A friend installed Quicken 2002 on a new computer and can't get Quicken to recognize his backup "QDF" file on a CD-RW backup disk.

He's tried "Restore Backup file" and "Open".

Any ideas?

hrmm.. tried moving the file to the hard drive and checking that it is not set to read only in the permissions?
