I dont know why but, when i try using mouse in d3, it turns all delayed and sluggish at 100 HZ. Even when i made it 200 HZ it still was the same. What would be causing this?

The fact that it isn't mouselook. Go into the mouse options and pick mouselook- though JS is still a superior controller for Dx

Incorrect. Mouse is just fine in Descent without Mouselook. Something else is causing it to be slow. To what is the sensitivity set?

I've installed D3 on 3 machines at the same time, several times, and I've noticed that every few installations (even on the same computer), the initial mouse response would differ from the others. (All three machines are the EXACT same hardware). Once, two machines worked normal, one was too fast. Another time, two were slow and the third was normal. I'm not sure what governs the initial mouse response. A re-install might be necessary. But check all your sensitivities first.

I made the sensivity 0.20 for X and Y and I even put it up to 1.00 and it still turns the same. It might be my fps. Im gonna lower that and see if it helps. Hmm, can it be a command line for the mouse? I think there was one for the deadzone or sensitivity, one of those for the mouse.

A Drug Emporium mouse? It probably only has 5-6 spokes in the sensor wheel.

Borrow someone's real mouse, and try that, then we'll see.

Yep, it was the dumb mouse. I took that out and plugged in a Kensington USB mouse and it works fine. Thx testi, now to lower the fps.. heh. I made the framecap 75 and the fusion still shoots fast, thats odd.

The Kensington is probably logitech based. Get an MS mouse.

I'm not going to help you with your mouse problems so that I can enjoy my 200 fps while you get shot down at 75 fps. ^_~
