They've been disabled board-wide for over two years now man. As long as you've been here, you should've known that they were off and why. At any rate, you can only see another member's signature if they send you a PM.

Yes, and if you bribe them enough, they just might re-enable signatures with the possibility of larger avatar sizes as well.
