Even after all this there was Registry Tags about 25 of them left that I cleaned out. After rebooting, i plugged the stick back in and calibrated. (XP found and recognized it). The stuttering in D3 quit using default drivers.Saitek wrote:You would need to reinstall the drivers and then follow these instructions to completely remove things.
First unplug your controller, click Start>Run and type
nx -Mu -Sk
(case sensitive) and click OK. Then open the C:\Program Files\Saitek\Drivers directory on your computer. Run the NukeUSB file and from the NukeUSB window select your controller and then click Remove Selected Devices (if it's not there then ignore this step). Click OK and then run the NukeBus file from the same folder. Now go to Control Panel and run the Add/Remove Programs icon. Remove all Saitek entries in the list of programs and then go to the C:\Program Files directory and delete the Saitek folder. Restart your computer and the files will all be uninstalled.
In D1, I used Krom's fix by starting the game in windowed mode then going to full screen. This stopped the shuddering in D1. Don't forget the -joypolled line command in D3 and in the shortcut for D1. (D1x1.43 that is)

p.s. : I just realized i did not run "NukeBUS". I ran "NukeUSB" and transposed them as the same.
Ahh the wonder of a tired mind. If I had ran it, I might not have needed to clean out the registry by hand. 
All the little PCI children on their way to CPU School would melt into the pavement.
