After you become old enough you will not read words, you will ignore punctuation mistakes, you will recognize every abreviation, and you will only read the actual meaning presented in front of you. The really funny bit about this is where he says "I'm not even gonna write any more 'cause you will probably start cryin'." (Not quite as well-spelled as that, but along the same lines.)
I don't suppose he stopped to ask himself how anyone could take that imcomprehensible tirade seriously enough to actually be offended.
He was right, I expect they were crying - with laughter.

um...I have a hard time believing that this is real. My reasons for this are simple.
1). What teacher in their right mind would even bother to read it let alone correct mistakes and grade it?
Most teachers would have thrown it away after the first couple seconds of reading it and some disciplinary actions might be taken with the student. Detention for being such a retard and for using so many curse words in a school assignment.
The teacher should also be slapped upside the head and put into detention as well for paying that garbage any attention.

heh. I don't know what schools you went to Ferny but I don't think a single teacher I ever knew while going through school would even give that the time of day. The parents would have gotten a phone call about it but the assignment itself would have ended up in the trash long before someone decided to correct it.

I went to a public inner city high school and i've seen stuff not as bad as this (although i did see things nearly as bad), but no teacher in their right mind would give detention to a kid for being a retard.

Tyr, there is no teacher involved in this. The letter is a "fan mail" sent to Anti-Flag, and it is Anti-Flag making fun of the person by pointing out all the grammar mistakes, etc. in their letter.
