When I restart my machine, in the system tray for about 3 seconds a little icon pops up and when I hover over it it says, "-1%"

WTF is this? I googled it, tried to find something in msconfig, but I can't come up with anything.

It doesn't seem to be harming anything, but I guess it could be. I also did a spyware scan with adaware and bazooka.

Still nothing. Any thoughts?

type MSCONFIG in the run box, select the STARTUP tab and look for it there. Disable it and reboot. See if anything is not working right. If not, go on with your happy life.

Run Spybot 1.3 or Adaware
