Do not hold a plastic container with frozen breakfast sausages in them.
While holding said container, do not pick up a long serated knife.
While holding said above items, do not try to pry apart sausages with tip of knife while putting downward pressure on knife.
Result: 4 stitches and 6 hrs on a hospital ER room.
Not fun. Didn't hurt at all but now I cna't bend my finger for a while.

DAMN Merlin! Next time, just beat the damn things on the counter!
(knowing your luck, a piece will break off and hit you in the eye.

I once slipped a knife while cutting cheese from a cheeseball (dunno what it's called?) and it hit my thumb on the left hand. The nail stopped it from doing anything serious, but I had a nastily bleeding cut anyway. My father being a surgeon insisted it should be treated: three stitches after half an hour
Only time I got stitches.

*Kelsoh* MY EYE!!! */Kelsoh*
That sucks Merls, hope it heals up quickly!
I've had my fair share of cuts from knifes. When I used to build models I was cutting off this piece, from the frame. It wasn't for moving, so more pressure. Suddenly the knife through the frame and hits the bone on my left-index !

Frozen sausages don't kill people. People who want frozen sausages kill people.

Merlin, I'll give you the advice my Dad gave me at 5 years old. Shame your Dad didn't give you the same advice:
NEVER, NEVER cut towards a body part. CUT AWAY FROM YOURSELF!

Mobius and the notorious white text have stuck again!

once, around age 6, i was playing catch with a friend. he throws the ball high, i move back to get it and jump.
i caught the ball, landing backwards. i also landed about 5 feet down, into the street, on my elbow (his front yard was elevated above the street).
i still had the ball in my hand when they drove me to the emergency room, lol
PS is it safe to say that merlin looooves teh sausage?
