Some people like a tight ship. Cafe/E&C, etc. I don't, I think topics sliding off topic is a natural aspect of conversation. If people are having fun with a thread, even if it isn't "productive" (whatever that means on an internetbb), there is no way in hell I will stop it. I completely don't understand the point of doing so. If you arn't having fun with the thread, don't open it, and certaintly don't post in it!

This is sort of the pressure valve to the more strict places on this bb.

I have moderated Porn, flame wars that just go too far (with the exception of when people's $ is on the line, I just don't touch those). Warezz has been removed. These are all good things. These are all good mod things. Things that I do, things that I have seen Ferno do.

So in closing: Do you want this stickied?

I have to agree goob. Most of the time a question is answered in the first 6 posts or so... then things tend to slide. In this forum, derailing is no biggy.
