Remove script file

I got a newsletter about a way for the bad guys to get your bank info after opening an e-mail.

They said to remove the "wscript.exe" file.

What are the "cons" if the file is removed?

And if it is a good idea to remove, couldn't you rename the file instead of removing?

an easier way would be to stop using outlook/outlook express as an email client.

Or get some antivirus software that blocks Windows Scripting. Or just disable Windows Scriping Host.
