I just heard that K-Mart and Sears are merging!!?? O_o
Don't have time to verify. anyone else heard of this?? Reminds me of when ABC merged with disney.

Read it in the paper a couple days ago. Looks to me like they're trying to combat Walmart which is becoming predatory as hell. They opened up near here a while back and it wasn't two years before K-Mart pulled the plug on their store.

From what I heard, Kmart stores are going to become Sears stores, as to get Sears more promoted, and out of the Mall.
