Has Parallax, Outrage, and Interplay gone out of business yet?

AFAIK, Paralax still exists, but in name only. IIRC, Paralax has the rights to Descent.

Interplay and Parallax still exist. Nobody really works for Parallax; the only reason they're still around is to protect their contractual right to Descent (and to fight the legal battle over back royalties). Interplay has a skeleton staff remaining, working to get the company out of financial trouble (HAH!).
Outrage was assumed by THQ and most of the employees were let go. It's sad that the reunification of Parallax had to happen in such a way.

Wasn't Interplay bought by Titus? Last time I looked Titus was in trouble and trading of their stock was stoped. Looks like I'll to do a little googling today
